By downloading, installing, or using the Potens application, you unconditionally agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the service.

2. Nature of Service

Potens is a tool for financial education and organization based on the jar methodology. The application does not offer:

• Regulated investment consulting.
• Loans or direct banking services.
• Guarantee of profits or financial returns.

3. Liability Disclaimer

The accuracy of your financial planning depends entirely on the accuracy of the data you enter. Potens is not responsible for purchasing decisions, investments, or debts incurred by the user based on information viewed in the app.

4. Plans & Subscriptions

Potens offers a free 60-day trial period. After this period, continuous access to features requires a monthly subscription. Cancellation can be made at any time via the app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the application for illegal purposes, fraud, or money laundering. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.
